Nice people, like my vehicle

Friendly, knowledgeable,fast turnaround and reliable

Tradition and especially Brenda provided an excellent truck buying experience. The truck was a special order and I was told it would be 4-5 months before delivery. Brenda kept me updated through the process as the build was scheduled, shipped and delivered. Upon delivery Brenda did a excellent job explaining the features of the truck and setting up the electronic connections on line. I highly recommend Tradition and ask for Brenda to assist you purchase!

Great service

I felt the service was not friendly and unprofessional! I have been having my vehicle serviced at Tradition for the last 11 years and the individuals at the desk were friendly and helpful. That has not been my experience recently. When I asked to have a previous service reviewed Allie gave me push back. She also was negative when speaking of a past employee, Bill who was amazing. Bill never made you feel bad about asking. Also, I have brought the car in 3 times to fix a recall and it still is not fixed. A suggestion would be to check the parts before having the customer come in. It takes time out of my day and cost me money to have to bring the vehicle back in. I am currently looking for another dealership to use for service going forward. The only reason I would go back to Tradition is purely convenience. I will not be treated poorly by the two ladies at the desk. Recommendation would be customer service training!! I understand many customers and employees have issues with them as well!!!

Ladies at the service desk are amazing. And they don't talk to you like your stupid like most garages

Allie was very helpful and very courteous. I can't believe that you would charge $130.00 to plug a reader in and call it a diagnosis It will be my last trip to Traditions. When I called to make the appointment I told them what the problem was.

They are ready to service your truck at the scheduled time. They can tell you how long the service will take. And every time I have brought my truck in for scheduled maintenance or warranty work the job has been done right.

Counter person was very attentive.

If there is a fully booked service appt on any day….please make sure to remove the avail appts online. I made an available online appt only to find out by service advisor they were fully booked that day. Please keep up with your online booking updates.

I had a tire issue that needed immediate attention. One call to service, Ashley in particular, was so understanding and helpful! I was able to get a new tire and be on my way in an expedient manner! No hiccups and everyone in the service area was very kind, courteous and a great sense of my situation. Always with a smile! Thank you!

EXCELLENT SERVICE HAD A FEW SPECIAL REQUESTS WHICH WERE DONE PEOPLE AT DESK TREATED US VERY WELL AND TOOK TIME TO LOOK UP A PROBLEM FROM YEARS AGO AND FOUND THE PROBLEM AND SOLVED IT. CAR CAME OUT OF SERVICE DEPT. LOOKING LIKE NEW.

Our car was diagnosed to have an emissions problem which needed to be analyzed at a cost of $225.67! I asked if any of this high charge could be applied to actually fixing the problem and the dealership at Tradition of Newark, NY said no. Seems like an awful lot of money to continue with repairs that would have added another $450.00 on top of the analyzed charge. I declined having the repair done due to, what seems to me an excessive amount without something being applied from the $225.67.

Ashley and Alley are both so awesome to work with. I love both those girls. The techs are really wonderful and definitely know how todo their jobs. I trust them so much to work on my truck and all my vehicles. I never, ever second guess what they suggest. I’ve known the guys in the shop for over 9 years. Terrible service. I took my vehicle in for a oil change and left with a spare tire. They popped my new tire, how I don't know.It took days for them to replace my tire when they should have given me a loaner car. Since this is the third mistake they made with my vehicle, I will not go back.

They got my truck in the shop almost immediately upon my arrival. Service was fast and friendly, but a bit more expensive that I had expected.

I always receive good service from the Tradition GMC Center in Newark. On Nov 8, they fixed a rear wheel bearing and a fuel injector issue. I am very satisfied with the work done.

My appointment was for a routine oil change and tire rotation. However, my door locks didn’t work properly and this Tradition fixed the problem at no additional charge to me. I appreciate them so much.

The service that was done was alright ,I just couldn’t see the point of testing my battery( I know it was only 10 $),but when I made the appointment,told her I had to jump it 4x’s over the weekend,2x’s that morning ,and it would have had to be jumped to get into the shop..It was pretty obvious the battery was dead.and 31$ for a cap on my windshield washer fluid?.. really I!,,?.she did show me..but I didn’t have my glasses on and hadn’t slept the night before..I initially thought it said 13$,that’s why I said ok..over all I guess the service was ok,just the extra jabs hurt
